Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 15 Medan

The teaching and learning process has the aim of acquiring and forming students' knowledge in a contextual, integrated and efficient manner. where the teacher needs to be motivated to a potential strength either by himself or a number of other external forces. A motivated teacher will have a strong drive to realize or realize his plans in a lesson. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on work performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using closed questionnaires to obtain data, both primary and secondary data. The respondents in this research were 43 teachers at SMP Negeri 15 Medan and 41 respondents returned the questionnaire. The results of this research were calculated using a Likert scale and show that a lack of discipline and teacher work motivation can have negative results on teacher performance achievements in the learning process.
